  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and any item marked as non-returnable on the product page for hygiene reasons.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund amount.
